"Moss bro’s feedback I attended the Moss Bros. on Oxford Street; I needed a new suit for a big company ceremony that was to take place in January. I remembered enjoying a suit I had from Moss Bros. for my sister’s wedding and thought this would be a good choice again. I browsed the shop looking at pre made suits before I was asked if I needed any assistance; I explained I was looking for a new suit for my company’s ceremony celebrations. The staff members name was Omar and he could tell I wanted something special and advised me on a bespoke made suit, he explained everything to me and it did not take long before I realised this was the right choice to make, he escorted me upstairs to look at the colour, patterns, style, everything and explained everything to me and understandable, he even taught me a few new things about suits that I never knew before. He clearly has the experience behind him as with a few questions a good look at my shape could tell what would fit and look good on me. Also a credit to Omar; he even helped two other clients whilst he was with me but not once did I feel I was ignored or forgotten about why he helped them, I still felt I had his complete devotion in assisting me; absolute credit to him to be able to achieve this. Omar insured I understood everything and I was happy with everything, occasionally I asked for his professional advise and he gave it to me and made sure I chose what I wanted and was happy. As there was a time restraint, he also worked out that if I wanted this suit for the event then we need to do it now or risk not having the suit for the day. I returned a day or two later as discussing with friends placed doubt about the fit; When I saw Omar he was not offended at all and got the exact style of suit and fit that we chose and my suite would be based on, it was brilliant and all doubt was removed. Honestly I am so happy with the whole experience and even though I mainly dealt with Omar, the other staff was very kind and helpful but I will highly recommend Omar for his knowledge, experience and complete demeanour was pleasant. I look forward to my new suit that I hope Omar is also there to see the final piece."
