We currently have a limited capacity in our warehouse to fulfil online orders whilst we adapt our operations to ensure appropriate social distancing. Our courier partners are also operating more slowly than usual. This does mean that orders are taking a little longer than normal to be delivered. We are currently delivering UK orders within 5 to 7 days of orders being placed. More information is available one our Delivery page.

You can pay with any of the following valid debit and credit cards:

You’ll need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by your credit or debit card company.

We also use the banking verification system that requires your unique password associated with the card used at payment. This securely protects you and us from fraud.

We process your payment at the time you place your order.

We are currently only able to offer a limited delivery service due to the measures in place to operate our distribution centre safely.

You can use Moss Bros. Gift Cards to shop online or from our stores.

Gift Cards make the ideal gift - choose between a regular Gift Card that is posted to the lucky recipient and an eGift Card that can be downloaded or emailed.

If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can change or add to your delivery addresses whenever you like. Go to ‘My Account’ – the link is always in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You’ll need to sign in with your email and password. It’s quick and easy from there – just follow the instructions.

If you have already completed your order we’re sorry but we won’t be able to change any details for you - it’s already being processed.

We offer a Mainland UK Stated Day Service for £9.95. This allows you to choose your day of delivery up to 10 working days in advance for delivery on a convenient day when you are available.

Yes, we offer a FREE Click and Collect service to our High Street stores (including some Factory Outlets). In most cases your order will be available to collect from your chosen store within 3 working days of order. We will email you with your despatch details showing when the order will be ready for pick up in your chosen store and the personal ID you will need to bring along with you to claim your order.
