I wish I had read the other reviews. I ordered next day delivery. 10 days latter nothing! Phoned customer support. Waited on hold for half an hour. They promised it would be delivered next working day. Obvious they were just trying to get me off the call. Waited a few more days. Still nothing. Now waiting for 14 days for my refund. I strongly suspect I will have to chase this as well.
